Welcome to London housing associates

London housing Associates is a Semi-Independent unit which caters for young people from 16 to 25 years old. We provide a service to young people both male and female and offer 24-hour support and guidance

We offer both long- and short-term placements to looked-after young people who are ready to move on to semi-independence.

Our Projects

Our London suit is a five bedroom Semi-Independent living space, which accommodates 5 males, ranging from the ages of 16 to 25 yrs.This semi-independent living project offers 24-hour supervision and observation within the unit.
We Support Young People

We support young people to develop person centred pathway support packages for the young people in the service. To promote safety for the young person by ensuring that each young person has a holistic risk assessment, that is regularly reviewed and to enable the young person to meet their health and emotional needs.
Achieving our support goal

For a client to achieve independence, it is crucial that client fully engages with our. Most time, there could be certain barriers to engagement, hence we believe that adopting recording, monitoring and communicating methods with our client’s upsurges our level of understanding and allows Stepping Out and other professionals the knowledge and ability to help the client make changes. Thus, care plan will be updated for a positive outcome.
Our Support Packages

We will occasionally recommend additional support that should be purchased in order to meet a client’s specific needs (medium needs). These recommended support hours can be negotiated and altered allowing a cost effective placement/support package to be formed. The recommended support will be added to the base package.

London Housing Associates is a semi-independent housing provider located in the heart of Thornton Heath.

We provide safe, comfortable home for care leavers, homeless teenagers and unaccompanied asylum-seeking children, where they can learn the essential life skills they will need when they transition to independent living. We provide a caring environment for disadvantaged young people who have had a difficult start in life and young adults in crisis.
